to build a network for us over one year ago. We purchased,
from him, ten (10) licenses for WINDOWS 2000 Premium
edition with our first invoice statement.
We have asked repeatedly for the software disk to install
other features needed to operate our business as well as
the actual LICENSES to post on our work-stations. He only
put us off saying, "Don't worry about it. I'll make sure
you get everything. Right now the important thing is to
finish such-and-such ....blah...blah...blah."
I finally e-mailed him Sept. 2003 and requested, again,
the licenses and the disk (s). He said he is holding them
hostage until we pay two more invoices.
These two invoices were a surprise to our company and we
feel are totally unfounded and were billed months after
our request for the licenses.
My point is simply this: we paid upfront for the licenses
for WINDOWS 200 Premium edition and we have no way of
obtaining them other than to try and put this message out
to someone at microsoft. (An attorney will be the last
resort).
Can someone help us?
