This is an Access newsgroup. Access is a database program. I'm guessing
you are trying to build a printed program or list of events to hand out? If
so, Access would probably not be the right tool.
I'm thinking you'd want to use MS Publisher or MS Word. In either case,
just do a search. You can look for common templates on the microsoft
website, or do a search in google or similar.
Publisher comes with many many useful templates including wedding/graduation
type programs.
If you still feel the need to post to a newsgroup for help, try one of the
Word or Publisher groups.
Note - if you do actually want to create a database to store the people
attending, tickets available for each, name/grades/etc. Then, Access would
be what you are looking for.
If that is the case, you will probably need to elaborate on what all you
will want it to do. I have never seen a template for this type of database,
but there are some out there for "event planning" that might be a great
place to start.
Well... sorry, but asking in a technical support newsgroup for Microsoft
Access database designers isn't likely to be too productive. And that's MUCH
too specific for Microsoft to have written a Word template (which I presume
you want).
I suggest you contact some school administartors in your area to find out what
they've used.
