I need a quick help with report printing

I am using access 97. I have a report that shows client
credentials and courses that the client took in each
credential. I am trying to make the report not to print
each credential on a new page so that I sat the force new
Page to "None". The Credentials report has subreport that
shows the list of courses in each credential.

The problem:
The report prints each credential on a new page in spite
that I sat it not to force new page. The interesting
thing is, that the report does this with few clients only
the rest print ok. I have checked the settings and made
sure that all fields and subreport are sat to can shrink
= yes. I have no clue why this is happening.
Observation:
I noticed that the 2 clients that had this printing
problem are clients that has no courses in their first
credential and then they have some courses in the second.
I do not know if this is the reason but that is what I
noticed.

this is becoming a big issue that My boss is very unhappy
and I do not know what to do. Please, Help.

Hi.
I think it could be that you have the "keep together"
property set to yes, Also make sure that when you set the
can shrink that this is also applied to applicable
textboxes and the report bands, to inlcude the subreports.
Hope this gets you going.

Thank you very much for responding. I really need help!
I had all keep together set to yes. I changed it to no on
all report sections and subreport. still does not work. As
far as canshrink is all set to yes on all report sections
and text boxes. The report works fine with all files except
these 2 cases and it is driving me crazy. I can send you
the db with 2 records one that works and the other that
does not to be able to see for yourself if this is OK with
you. I appreciate all the help. thanks

You may have to zip the file since it otherwise maybe
rejected due to virus detection programs. An other way is
to just remove the mdb extension than I'll replace it.

I really do appreciate your being very kind. I was able to
solve the problem. I just made a new report and it worked
right away. If you still would like to take a look at it, I
can reduce the records to 3 files and compact the db and
follow your instructions to send it to you. It will be in
97 format. I will label the report that did not work and
the one that worked. and let me know if you found out why
the one did not work, did not.
