They are all pretty much the same now Gabs, the onboard chips are almost always identical (which is what counts). I'd just suggest getting one from somewhere reliable that you can return it easily enough if possible.
Prices have really come down now:
1GB is £21.31 delivered from ebuyer:
£87.41 for a huge 4GB drive (that is probably overkill though, as 1GB is plenty!)
