I need a new downloa: Windows movie maker suddenly crashes at star

Windows movie maker suddenly crashes at startup.

I try to find a download and I cannot find it. I am sent to Automatic
updates and they are alls ecurity updates whoch I could not care less to have.

Does anyone Know where I can download --without having to go to my
installation disc-- to restore any lost files? And the question is, how did
it loose any files and why it is not working anymore???
