i need a IEEE controller for my itunes

hi.

recently in the last week i couldn't download any music onto my ipod because
it would not recignize my ipod anywhere but it would charge perfectly fine
and when i ran a diagnostic it turned out it couldnt find the IEEE
controller.

Please reply.

My iPod connects via the USB port.

Plug your iPod in first THEN open up iTunes, did that work ?

Try Apple forums.

Also try right clicking on the My Computer icon on the desktop > Properties
Hardware > Device Manager > any yellow triangles there ? If so double
Click to expand...
click on the device with the triangle and repost with whatever the complete
error message is. If there is no triangle, then ypour PC is working
correctly.
