I need to obtain a hotfix for the problem above. Where can I obtain this
hotfix?

Call MS PSS, choose the option to get a hot fix, give them the KB article
for the problem.

However, this fix is included in Win2k3 SP1, if you have SP1 the hot fix
will not install.
Also, since you've posted this in the win2000.dns group, if you have Windows
2000 the article and the hot fix are not applicable.

Hotfixes are usually FREE. Just call them...
