I NEED A FILE CLEAN UP Utility

I have a pc in my office that has several downloads and
alot of internet usage. The downloads have been removed
improperly and there are a lot of junk files. Is there a
clean up utility that I can download to scan the system?
 
Partial downloads are stored in the internet cache.

Try to open Internet Properties and delete files in the cache.
