I need 5-Tab Divider Labels in Landscape (Avery 11446 or LSK5B)

Does anyone have a template for use with Avery 11446 (LSK5B) Clear Label
Dividers?
The template in MS Office Templates does not format as landscape and get
screwed up when I try to reformat it as such.

Use the portrait template and rotate the text?
