Open MSAS goto "Tools" on the top bar then to "Spyware
Scan" and then click "Manage Spyware Quarantine" place a
check next to iMesh and then press " Un-Quarantine Item"
It should then go back to where it was before it was
removed

As Andy mentioned, do the un Quarantine. Be prepared to let this run for
quite some time tho. Many have suggested letting it run overnight for best
results.
