The easiest way is to install Outlook on your Vista computer, and copy over
your .pst file.
Then Import from Windows Mail.

If Outlook is on another PC
Open Outlook, Export to Outlook Express, then copy the all of the .dbx files
to the Vista machine
Open Windows Mail, then import from OE, find the files you copied.
