You have two options in this situation:
If you made a password reset disk, use it.
If you don't have a password reset disk, you will have to
log on with the Administrator account an reset your
password. CAUTION: If you encrypted any files are have
any sercurity certificates, you will lose them.
To log on as an Administrator, reboot and press F8 as the
computer is booting. This will sedn you to a boot option
menu. Select Safe Mode. This will load Windows in Safe
Mode and allow you to log on the Administrator. Do this,
then enter user accounts in the Control Panel. Reset your
account password this way. If you do not know the
Administrator password or cannot get it, you will have to
use another account with administrator privilages. If no
other account exists, you will have to reformat. Hope
