I lost my administrator password

I have Windows 2000 Professional and I lost the book with
my administrator password written in it and I don't
remember what it is because I barely ever use my laptop.
Is there any way that I can either bypass this log on
screen or retrieve my password? PLEASE HELP ME!!!
