I Lost an Icon

I lost an icon from my desktop and I can't for the life of me remember it's
name.
It was the icon that provided access to Printers, Delete Programs, Date &
Time, and a host of others.
Can someone provide it's name?
 
Control Panel?

Start | Run | Type: control | Click OK

Is that it? If so, create a new shortcut to the Control Panel.

Right click the Desktop | Point to New | Click Shortcut |
Type or paste the following in the Location box:

%windir%\system32\control.exe

Click Next | Type: Control Panel in the name box | Click Finish
