I -look parasite

I have a question on the doxdesk resolution for this
parasite: When I open the windows folder, then the
downloaded programs file, I do not see I -look.com
anywhere but still have it on my system. Would I still do
the command prompt listed to see if this resolves my
problems? Thank-you!!
