I keep losing my Internet connection - help!

I have to reboot my computer, but not my high speed cable
modem. This may happen several times an hour or less. I
do not have to be accessing the Internet for this to
happen.
Is anyone aware of a patch for this or does anyone know
how I can email support to find out if there is an update?
 
Ron,

This sounds more like a cable modem issue then a Windows
one. Have you checked with your ISP to ensure they
havent been doing update on the network e.t.c??

If not, check the cable between the Modem and the PC and
ensure it's not to loose.

This really doesn't sound like a Windows Issue.

Post Back if you still get the problem after
investigating the first two.
