I keep getting errors and I need help

When I try to synchronize my mail to come from live.com, this is the message I get.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'later, friendship, email buddy, or whatever happens - 55 (Englewood, Co)', Account: 'live.com', Server: 'live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'live.com', Server: 'live.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can some please help me resolve this problem.

Your settings aren't even close to being correct: wrong server name,
wrong port number, wrong SSL option. Follow the settings given here:

Use port 587 rather than port 25 for the SMTP server.
