In most cases this is because the aidio drivers did not install or installed
incorrectly
go to the control panel then system the hardware then device manager then
check and see if you have any yellow question marks if you do click on them.
Once you do that you should be able to see what has not had it driver
installed correctly just uninstall and let windows reinstall. This still
might not work and you might have to use the disk you got with the computer
that has the audio drivers on it to install them or you can either go to the
company you got the computer for to get the drivers or search for them
online.
