i just reinstal Ms outlook 2000 but I can't reinstall back.pst fil

I reinstalled Outlok 2000 but before i did i exprot my personel folder to
backup.pst file and now that i am trying to import the folder i am getting
the following msg,
"proprities for this information servicee must be defined prior to use" Help.

I just had the same problem and found the solution in another discussion.
This worked like a charm:

Copy the pst file from your cd to your hard drive. Be sure that you have
full permission and that the file is not write protected (right click on the
file, go to properties, uncheck the boxes at the bottom, especially the Read
Only box).
After that try to import the file or try to open it via File | OPEN |
Outlook Data File!
