I How do I configure Office Outlook to see my email accounts

I am trying to use my XP student and staffing editon of Office outlook to
read my msn.com email~!~
I get a connection error
oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail/com/cgi-bin/hmdata is now offline
details

There may be server or network problems or your timeout interval may be too
short.
Please search Microsoft Outlook Help for [HTTP Mail troubleshooting]
can not find anything in trouble shooting that seem to fix the problem
Please help if you can!!!!
 
Does the error give you any other hints? HTTP access is going away for all
but paid users, but if you have an MSN account, you can still use it or
switch to the outlook connector.
