From the San Diego Union-Tribune:

An excellent freebie

Picasa (http://www.picasa.com), a popular and acclaimed program for
editing, organizing and sharing digital pictures, is now free. Until
recently, it sold for $29 and was worth every penny. Picasa excels at photo
management, making it easy to find and use the shots you're looking for.
Other strengths include easy photo editing and a cool timeline feature that
displays photos in a way you won't see in any other product. The change in
pricing comes from a change in ownership. After Google bought the Picasa
company a few months ago, it began offering the software for free.

I think that's one that Google "owns" or "promotes" :)

Posting links to its site is permissable though.

If memory serves me correctly, I believe that the [PL] sites already lists the
description & links; for a month or so :)
