2003 version will be out next month...they are already working on the next
version after that. Beyond that, I don't know, but I suspect Access is
going to be around for awhile.
Don't worry! MSAccess will be there for a couple of years. Just imagine how
many applications around the world are written in MSAccess. On the other
hand if you closely watch "new" developments, you will see that a lot of
developers already made a switch to ASP.NET and MSSQLServer. With
MSVisualStudio.Net getting more and more in the spotlights this switching
will explode in the next few years. As a professional developer using the
Microsoft environment you should investigate this "new" developing tool if
you want to stay a developper for a while.
