Hello every one

I have windows xp professional 2002 service pack 2 inslalled in Dell inspron
1300 Laptop.

I have a Nokia 6680 mobile.yesterday i brought a cable which is CA-42 USB
cable.

I tried to connect my mobile with my laptop.even before i connect the mobile
phone

(that mean i have connected only the USb cable)computer searches for USB
serial controller.

Also i can't find it in the PC,also in the internet.I have also install the
latest nokia PC suite ,still it is not working.(have installed the CD
provided for the Cable)

any one know about this issue, please guide me to resolve this issue.

You have to install the software for the phone first, and this is an issue
you need to take up with Nokia support.
