when i try to get my email this pops up

This is almost certainly caused by your antivirus program.

Then uninstall your antivirus program, reboot, and try WinMail
again.

After you get your email working, you will need to install
a non-intrusive antivirus program such as the free Avast.
Whichever antivirus you select, be sure to NOT enable the email
scanning option.

one EASY thing you can always do is to use the error number
800CCC0F

and do a google search for it.

or use the error number and search the ms knowledge base for it.

that's what the people answering you will probably do.
