An upgrade does not delete any configuration settings. With method of
upgrading did you use and from which previous version of Outlook?
If you were using Outlook before, then you can reconnect your pst-file via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
If you were actually using Outlook Express or Windows (Live) Mail before
this, then you can use the Export function from within those applications to

You don't import that's for sure.
Open Outlook and do File-Open-Outlook Data File.
How many pst files do you see?
