I have two computers in my home. I own them both. how can
I create a network between them?

If you only want to network 2 PCs, without any connection to the
'net, then the easiest is to use a crossover LAN cable between
the NICs of those 2 PCs; or, a pair of straight (patch) LAN
cables to a central hub/switch/router.

1st, be sure they both have a nic (network card). Then if they are in
the same room and you don't plan to add more pc's later, I'd get a
crossover cable. If you plan to add more pc's later you might want to go
ahead and get a router w/ a built in hub. If they are in dfferent rooms,
you'll have to go a different route. Several are avaible. Best ting
would go to your local Compusa / Best Buy / Fry's / etc. and get a
knowledgable sales person to help you.
