Hi

Lo

I'm not complaining, but there might be a better group to ask. The
monitor is a critical component if you are a heavy user. I'm struggling
with a stupid 17 inch monitor while my high-quality 19 inch monitor is
out of reach (using it for gaming when sitting down). Uhg. Now I'm
complaining.

Good luck and have fun.

Hi

Hi Cesare!

I did a Google search on sp2208wfp: about 264,000 hits.
For ls221h, it was 230,000 hits. Do this and read some
of the reviews.

The two have the same basic specs: 22" widescreen, 1680x1050
resolution and 2 ms response. There are differences in the
details that may be important to you. The reviews will tell.

Dell uses cheap stuff, does it? Would you consider Philips?

Hi

Viewing angle "160 degrees". Click the customer reviews

Viewing angle 170°(H) / 160°(V). Glass screen. Probably the
same kind of glossy finish as the Dell. If you work in an
area with fluorescent lighting over your shoulder, the glossy
finish would be a mistake. Glossy monitors should be used
in areas, where the user has full control of the room
lighting. My LCD is glossy, and there are no reflections
while using a single overhead light.

A review for the Asus.

Kind of a tossup.

My preference, is to see the monitors in person, if possible.
They look a lot different, when you see them for yourself.
