I have this error: Not Enough Server Storage

I have a 2 computer network set up with a router. One of
my computers (1) can access the other (2) with no
problem, but the other computer (2) cant access it (1),
also if i try to access the shared documents of (1) on
(1) through my network places it gives me the same error.

The error is "Not enough server storage is available to
process this command"

How can i fix this problem? Any help would be invaluable.
