I have no "mail" icon in the "user accounts"

I am trying to create a 2nd profile in my Outlook. I am using Vista, and
there is no "mail" icon in the "user Accounts". Nor is there a "mail" icon
on the control panel. Please advise

64 bit version? Look in the 32 bit apps group
For the 32 bit version, use the classic view or look under users group.
