I have NO Administrator account Pls help

Ok here is ashort of what happened; I purchased a new Dell 1720 for my wife,
I was moving my files to her user name in her account. but some how the only
account now is me. I have no Administrator account to acess to reactive my
user account. I have tryed loging in under saft mode no luck, I 'm at a
lost????/
 
Have you tried using the built in Aministrator account? at the welcome screen
press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice, that should take you in and re-enable your wifes
account
 
John I have tried everything and I don't mine any help is greatful but ,
sorry it did not work for me, even in safe mode

What EXACTLY does "sorry didn't work for me" mean?
What EXACTLY happened when you tried?
