the program was installed when i bought the Pc . I have Window Vista Basic.
When i open an attachment video received by an email i can look at but a
window is openong before and there is written that is not avoiable OFFICE
BSC. So i can open lokk at but i cannot earing the music and i cannot copy an
immage of the video as before of this problem.Can you help me. There is
something that i can dowlload free or or not?????Thank you all fdor a reply.

I suggest you save the video to your hard drive, then right click on it an
unblock it. Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate
to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access
database product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.
