I have lost my Contact History. How can I restore it?

I am using Microsoft Office OUTLOOK. On each contact page, the "Contact
History" has changed and is showing all my incoming e-mails. What must I do
to restore the on-going history?
 
Sounds like the Outlook forms are corrupted. Delete everything in the
forms cache,
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS
and Outlook and BCM will recreate the forms.


Also, upgrade to BCM v2 if you haven't already.
 
Check if you have Business Tools else enable the same by going to help >
about microsoft Outlook > disbaled items and enable the same
 
Hi Gene

Is there a Business Tools Menu present? If not, go to Help > About
Microsoft Office Outlook and see if it is present under Disabled items
