I have lost my CD

Hello, my computer is not able to boot for an unknown reason. It was working
perfectly, but when I got home and started it, it kept asking for a CD reboot.

I have lost this CD, is there a way I could download the files and then burn
them on a CD or could you send me a new cd by mail or something?
