What version of Office and Windows? Korean Office 2007 ships with English:
you don't need to buy a Language Pack to get English..
In Office 2007,
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Office, and point
to Microsoft Office Tools.
Click Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings.
Click the Display Language tab.
In the Display menus and dialogs in box, select the user interface language.
This tab is available only when more than one language version is installed
on the computer.
To install English on the computer, you may need the Windows Installation
Disk. What version of Windows (XP, Vista, 7) are you using? I don't know how
the settup is done on Vista or Windows 7: perhaps some one else can help
you.
LIPs are not Language Packs. Language Interface Packs are for minor
languages. There is an Korean version of Office 2007. You can buy Korean
version of Office 2007. You can buy a Korean Language Pack for Office 2007
if you have English Office 2007. So there is no Korean LIP, just a Korean
Language Pack.
You can't get an English LIP because there is already an English Office. You
can't get an English Language Pack because EVERY language comes with English
already. You just need to install English in Windows, and then install
English in Office.
