I have installed Business Contact Manager but cannot find to use

I have Office 2003 professional.
Business contact manager 2003 comes as a separate CD.
I installed it. I find it through programs it is asking to enable it which I
did
But I cannot find it anywhere to use it.

What do you mean you cannot find it anywhere to use? Do you mean to say you
haven't got a clue what's its use? Or are you saying you don't know where
exactly it is located for you to access it? If it is the latter, then it
should be among the various folders in your outlook under the tab called
CONTACTS. Also, your other applications may also make use of it for example
Microsoft Office Accounting 2009 has integrated this database on my system
so now I have access to all my contacts whatever MS application I am in. I
am referring all this in Office 2007 but I am sure it was the same in Office
2003 as well.
