I have had major quirks become fairly constant!!

Please help me with this . lately I have had atleast 7
or 8 different times when MS would prompt me for a
program error and notify me that it would be shutting
that program off.
These dumps are not only annoying but they have
interupted several attempts to open and develop my own
store on Ebay!! I was seeing six pages of almost complete
company description just totally become history and after
the resart the files were blank again!!
I also see a large # of explorer errors come up/
windows explorer. It seems that my explorer files are
corrupted or drunk!! This recent 5 times a day
malfunction , says it is due to my NVidia card! Please
Help me with this , I also have IE files that seem to be
missing and or corrupted . I already did the installing
of the new IE, that didn't help. Please do this is very
costly to me as well as anoying!!

P.S. I am using a VPR Matrix 1.6 gig
P4, 768 mb. of DDR2100 Ram and I use cox cable modem.
Please Help me , this is getting frustrating!!!
