I have forgotten my ftp password, how can I retrieve it?

I have my site published to an ftp and I wanted to make some updates. I have
done so and now I am trying to re-publish the site and I can't find my
password...anyone know how I can retrieve it? I have tried everything I can
think of.
 
You will need to contact your host and have them give it to you.
