I have forget my outlook password but i outlook is still open

How can i change my outlook password when its open and in Personnel Folder
properties becz i lost my previuos password when iam changing my password in
this option which is open now.
 
I'm not sure what you mean by an Outlook password. BCM just uses your
Windows login for all authentication.

There are tools on the web you can purchase to unlock your PST files.

I have to use them fairly frequently after someone gets fired and locks up
Quickbooks and PSTs. This question does not belong in the BCM group.
