most of the keyboard keys are working now as I removed the damaged ones,, but
some dont like the return key and the full stop, and the question mark, I'm
using the comma instead of the full stop my apologies,,, Have you any
suggestions that might help me fix this problem,, I went to the computer
store today, 4 weeks for the waiting list and at least five hundred euros
including labour,, That is very expensive,,

Turn-off the computer and use a hair dryer to thoroughly dry-out the keyboard.

Hi Carey, This happened a few days agon now,, Most of the problems happened
because it was sticky apple juice and the keys were sticking down etc, BUT
since today I removed all of it with a dry damp cloth and paper towel which
for most of the keys this has worked,, BUT now I think it's the component
under the buttons that might have been damaged, The keys that are not working
I can use but nothing is happening, Sorry I can't use the question mark or
the full stop,, Thanks for trying to help me

500euro is a lot more than a simple keyboard replacement is worth.
Worst case scenerio is you can call up Sony and order a replacement
keyboard.
