I have a Sony DVD Camcorder

I want to use WMM but my video is in MPEG-2. Can someone explain in the
easist terms how to change my video to DV-AVI or WMV. I don't understand all
this tech stuff. Do I need to get/buy/download another program in order to
convert the video?
