I have a question about shadow copy and using robocopy

Does robocopy support shadow copy.

I am running into a problem where i am trying to use robocopy to do a mass
move from drive A to B, and i am running into a problem of Access Denied on
some files.

Any help understanding this would be great

Some files will have Access Denied and cannot be moved due to
them being in use by one or more programs at that time. You may
have better luck trying to move them in Safe Mode.
