I have a Kernell32.dll error when using my Internet Explorer

I have completed the sets to identify the program with the
error and it is Internet Explorer 6.0

I need to remove this program according to "if all else
fails". I am a little afraid to remove it. I need a
little bit of reasurance here that I am not going to
destroy my universe.

What is the exact error message?
If there is a Details button click that and give us the first two lines.
