I have a field containing the birthdate of someone

How do I calculate that person's 'partyday's?

I have a table 'Agenda'
[Engineer] Henro
[Startdate] '366 records, one for each day in 2004
[Description]

Now I want the description field filled with 'Party' if that engineer is
having his birthday so that in the agenda I see:

Henro Veijer 12-07-2004 Party

The easy way is to format the date "mm dd" (or "dd mm") and get "12 7", you
already know the year.
