I have a 180 gig hd

I have a 180 gig hd and the first time i used it, it
registared as 180gig. Now I have that damn 130gig
restriction. My motherboard is showing 182gig but windows
still say's there is only 130 avalible. I am going
crazy... Help!!!

You need to install SP1.

and after ensuring you have SP1 make sure you have enabled 48 bit
addressing. See this MS article
