I have 3 Archive Folders showing in Outlook 2003 and two Personal

I have 3 Archive Folders showing in Outlook 2003 and two Personal Folders
showing up in my folder list. Not sure how they got there or why - but would
like to remove the duplicates. I've tried the standard way (right-click
mouse) but the option to remove the folders doesn't show on the tool bar.
Any one know how to remove duplicate archive folders and personal folders?

Hi Bonnie,

Close Outlook | START | CONTROL PANEL | MAIL | SHOW PROFILES | Click your
Profile | PROPERTIES| DATA FILES | click the duplicate personal folder |
REMOVE | YES | CLOSE | CLOSE | OK
Start Outlook and they will not be present anymore
