I'm stll having trouble finding the file I referenced earlier. Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

Matt,

Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools | Options. Click the button right in
the middle that says 'Delete Files'. This will delete all temporary
internet files, and most likely the file that Norton is referencing. When
that finishes, run a Norton scan of your Documents and Settings directory
and verify that the warning about the file does not come up anymore.
