I HATE this SP2 HELP!!

Does anyone know how to get this thing off the computer.
I tried to do a system restore and it won't let you go
back to a date before it was downloaded. I HATE this
thing. AIM isn't working right.. MY computer loads
SOOOOOOOO slow now.. ACK!! anyone have a way to get it
off, until they work this thing thru??

However, it is about as worked through as it will ever be.
You instead may want to see what startup you have that
conflicts, resulting in the slowdown, and see how to enable
AIM through your firewall.

Why not try out and familiarize yourself with Linux. It will take a
little while before you get comfortable in it, but it's definitely
worth investing some time in it, from time to time. Once you can get
things done it, depending on your profession, there could be almost no
point using Microsoft Windows anymore. Or use both.

If you have a second PC, a second harddrive, or have space for another
partition, a great way to start is to download the 4 disks from
redhat. Pick the Fedora Core 2 one.

Openoffice is a free Office clone. Not perfect, but pretty damn good!
Comes with the download.
Doing chatting like msn, aol, yahoo, etc is no problem.
Programming Java works like a train.
MP3, MPG, all available for Linux, and almost all of it is free.

Why Free? A lot of private developers get consultancy work through
it. Sometimes by requested features, sometimes to hire for related
projects, kinda like a portfolio. Fantastic win-win arrangement.
As for Microsoft? Why? A few 3D games perhaps...
Networking? They should have never shipped those network cards to
Redmond ;-)
