I had a virus and tried to format my hard drive.... help!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a virus and several trojan horses on my hard drive
and couldn't remove it. The add remove programs had been
disabled and nothing would work. The computer would not
respond to any commands and I first formatted the C:\
drive. But that did not solve the problem.

Upon "restart" the programs and the viruses would return
also. So, I attempted to "fdisk".

After that, I intalled windows 98 but most of the drivers
for the hardware would not load.

The computer only runs on 16 colors with a cd-rom and
mouse loaded.

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be sure to delete the partitions and the viruses will be gone for
