Ok here we go. I will try to explaine it clearly.

I have 2 displays. 1 is on an AGP card, the other is on a
PCI card. All was fine for the last 2 years. I tried a
different DVD software than I had been using. THe problem
was that it tried to center the picture across both
displays.

So I disable the second display and reboot. After watching
the movie, I go to re-enable the second display and I can
not.

Reboot. still cant enable it. uninstall the DVD software.
Reboot, Still cant.

I can remove the AGP card, and the computer will boot up
just fine on the PCI monitor. Put it cabk in, and can not
do the dual monitor thing.

I have downloaded the latest drivers and tried again, same.
I am sure that something is wacked in the registry, but I
dont know what.

I am using PX Pro, was not using the resture point stuff,
so I cant go back with that.

any ideas?

Right click the desktop, Properties,, Settings, then click on the Monitor 2
icon. Near the bottom of the screen put a check in "Extend my windows
desktop onto this monitor".

Go into your BIOS and make certain that both cards are enabled. When you
rebooted after disabling the second display in Windows, your BIOS may have
automatically disabled the second card.
