Neither do we because you've told us absolutely nothing about your
computer or its recent history. All we can tell you is that something is
running in regular mode that doesn't run in Safe Mode that prevents you
from getting to the Internet.

Review the information at these links to see what details you need to
include in your next post:

And in the meantime:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

Answer to first question:
My computer got slow so I formated windows. Everything went good.
Drivers git installed with no problems at all. It started good. But I
had no net. I could see other computers when I was linked in a switch.
But after a while this got away too.

Answer to second question: Before format I checked if I had any virus,
and it came out clean, so I had no virus at all

I'm terribly sorry, but there is no way for me to guess what is wrong
with your computer with so little information about it. Apparently you
installed the correct drivers for the network adapter (NIC) initially.
Perhaps your NIC has failed. You could uninstall it and swap it out for
a known-working one.

Other than that, we could spend a great deal of time with me trying to
pull information out of you (type of computer? how you connect to the
network? etc.) and you not providing it, but it may be more effective
for you to have a computer professional come on-site and set you up
properly. This will not be someone from BigComputerStore/GeekSquad. Get
recommendations from family, friends, colleagues.
